The Story of a Nutcracker

The Story of a Nutcracker

Take the Nutcracker story and music, shake it up, turn it on its head and engage your wildest imagination… Add violin, cello, oboe, saxophone, harp, sitar and piano, lots of silliness, plenty of interaction, bubbles and a roller-skating Sugar Plum Fairy and you might be beginning to scratch the surface… Let us take your children on a fantastical journey to Russia, China and the Land of Sweets…

“A rare occasion in theatre where both old and young sit gazing, open-mouthed in awe and wonder.”

“A magical show filled with music, stories, sparkle and bubbles”

Music for Miniatures and Crescendo produce and tour theatrical chamber music for children to local venues as well as giving baby-friendly concerts across the region.
