Exam season can be a challenging time for teenagers — and for parents too! You want to support your teen and help them do their best, but knowing what to say, what to do and when to step back can sometimes feel difficult.

This supportive and practical 2-hour workshop is designed to give you the confidence, understanding and strategies you need to navigate exam season alongside your teen.

Together, we’ll explore how to help your teen manage stress and anxiety, stay motivated, tackle procrastination, challenge negative self-talk and build confidence.

We’ll also look at practical revision strategies and ways you can encourage a positive approach to exams without adding to the pressure. And most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other parents who are going through the same experience.

You’ll leave with practical ideas you can use straight away, feeling calmer, more confident and better equipped to support your teen, with the reassurance of knowing you’re not navigating exam season alone.
